How to get your software listed and reviewed on TrustRadius
TL;DR
TrustRadius is a review site for business software with long, verified reviews. A vendor profile is free, and you can collect and answer reviews without paying. Since June 2025 it belongs to HG Insights, which sells the paid vendor package as HG Customer Voice from $30,000 a year, so the free profile is the realistic option for most startups.
What is TrustRadius?
TrustRadius (trustradius.com) lets technology buyers read in-depth reviews of B2B software. HG Insights, a Santa Barbara company that sells data on which companies use which technology, announced its acquisition of TrustRadius on 19 June 2025. On 5 August 2026 HG turned the TrustRadius vendor offering into HG Customer Voice, "powered by TrustRadius". HG's pricing page now reads "TrustRadius is now HG Customer Voice", while trustradius.com stays the site buyers use.
TrustRadius says 1M+ buyers a month visit the site. Its reviews average 400 words, and HG reports about 60 million annualized crawls of TrustRadius by major AI engines. Its yearly Top Rated awards for 2026 came out on 10 June 2026.
Who should list on TrustRadius?
- B2B SaaS startups selling to IT, marketing, sales or operations teams in mid-sized and large companies.
- Founders with customers willing to spend about 18 minutes on a detailed review.
- Skip it if you sell to consumers, and hold off on the paid package until a sales team can work the intent data.
How much does TrustRadius cost?
- Free profile: product profile, videos and demos, features and connected tools, pricing, security information, and eligibility for awards and badges. TrustRadius states there is no charge to list a product, collect reviews or respond to them.
- Premium (HG Customer Voice): adds a call-to-action button, a lead form on your profile, review generation and refresh campaigns, custom review questions, quote syndication, downstream intent data and the vendor portal with competitor benchmarks. HG's August 2026 announcement puts the starting price at $30,000 a year, with AI search monitoring included.
How do you get your startup on TrustRadius?
- Search trustradius.com for your product; buyers or TrustRadius staff may have added it already.
- Open the TrustRadius claim your profile page and click "Claim my free profile". You sign in with a vendor account and land in the vendor admin area.
- Complete the profile with screenshots, a demo video, pricing and security details.
- Invite customers to review. Reviewers sign in with LinkedIn or a work email, and a TrustRadius researcher reads each review before it goes live; about 3% get rejected. Your current and former employees and those of competitors cannot review you.
- Apply for the free Review Verification Program: a 15-minute call with the research team once your listing is published.
How does TrustRadius treat vendor-invited reviews?
Reviews you request carry the label "Invited by: Vendor". The trScore, TrustRadius's weighted rating, favours recent reviews and corrects for vendors who only invite happy customers. Vendors in the Review Verification Program who invite all or a random sample of customers get equal weighting for those reviews.
Tips to get more out of TrustRadius
- Invite your whole customer list, quiet users included. The trScore rewards a representative sample.
- Join the verification program early so your first invited reviews count fully.
- Answer every review in public; vendor replies are free.
- The DA of 70 belongs to trustradius.com; the real gain is review text that buyers and AI answers quote.
Our verdict
Claim the free TrustRadius profile and invite all your customers: it costs nothing and builds detailed reviews AI search reads. Leave the $30,000 package to companies with a sales team that can follow up on intent data.
