How to list your startup on BiZiDEX

TL;DR

BiZiDEX is a small business directory with a free plan and paid plans at $5, $99 and $199. It still accepts new businesses in October 2026, but the blog stopped in April 2023 and categories are mixed up. Take the free listing if you collect citations, and do not pay for an upgrade.

What is BiZiDEX?

BiZiDEX (bizidex.com) calls itself a business community index and local ad platform where companies "find and be found". Each business gets a profile page with address, hours, phone, website, social links and a description. Listings come from any country; the homepage in October 2026 featured a Montreal deals site and several Dutch businesses.

The directory is small. Its largest category, Business Services, holds 433 listings, followed by Home Improvements with 134. The upkeep shows its age:

  • The newest blog posts are dated 22 April 2023.
  • The footer reads "Copyright 2014-2024" on the homepage and "2014-2023" on other pages.
  • The About page counters show "07 + Business Listing" and "200 + Countries".
  • Two Amsterdam and Meppel coffeeshops are filed under "Bicycle Shop".
  • The FAQ still offers sign-up with Google+, a network Google closed in 2019.
  • The terms contain an unfinished editor's note asking someone to add the link to the plans.

The site is not dead: a Dutch roofing company listing was created on 28 October 2026. The domain authority of 33 belongs to bizidex.com. On that listing the website link carries rel="nofollow" and a "utm_source=bizidex" tag, so you get a tracked visit at best and no link authority.

Who should submit to BiZiDEX?

  • Founders building a long list of free citations who have ten spare minutes.
  • Local businesses that want one more page with their name, address and phone.
  • Skip it if you want customers or reviews: the directory is too small to send traffic.
  • Skip every paid plan. The value is not there, and the renewal terms are strict.

How much does BiZiDEX cost?

The pricing table on the homepage lists four plans:

  • Free, $0: one business location, one logo, social links, business hours and address.
  • Lite, $5: adds a unique business URL, a map, Google indexing and a shared listing.
  • Basic, $99: adds 5 photos, 5 locations, 5 coupons, visitor statistics and no ads on your page.
  • Advanced, $199: adds 10 locations, 25 photo albums, featured placement in search results, 10 coupons and a single page advertisement.

The cards do not state a billing period. The FAQ describes monthly subscription cycles with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and the terms say paid contracts renew automatically unless you give written notice 3 months before the term ends.

How do you share your startup on BiZiDEX?

  1. Open the BiZiDEX registration page and create an account.
  2. Confirm your email. The FAQ says your page goes live only after confirmation.
  3. Log in to the dashboard and choose Add Listing.
  4. Fill in your business name, category, address, hours, phone, website, logo and social links. Stay on the Free plan.
  5. Check the public page at bizidex.com/your-url and share it once on your own channels.

Tips to get more out of BiZiDEX

  • Pick your category by hand and check it after publishing. Miscategorised neighbours are common here.
  • Copy name, address and phone exactly from your Google Business Profile.
  • Write a two-sentence description that names your product and city.
  • If you ever buy a plan, put the renewal date in your calendar 3 months ahead.

Our verdict

BiZiDEX still works for a free citation, and that is all it offers a startup in 2026. The stale blog, broken counters and unfinished terms tell you nobody is investing in it. List for free if you are doing a citation sweep; otherwise skip it.
