How to add your startup to B2BCO

TL;DR

B2BCO (b2bco.com) is a free B2B marketplace and business network where any company can open a profile, post offers and answer requests for quotes (RFQs). Signing up costs nothing; advertising starts at $2,500 a month. Expect a nofollow website link and little buyer traffic, so treat it as a five-minute profile for B2B suppliers and skip it if you sell to consumers.

What is B2BCO?

B2BCO launched in 2014 as a business social network and now calls itself a global B2B marketplace, business directory and business network. Members get a company page with a description, address, website, photos and reviews, plus a feed, an RFQ board, an offers board and an events section. Customer service runs through Telegram and WhatsApp on a Malaysian phone number.

The homepage claims 50,000+ active buyers, 15,000+ verified suppliers, 150+ countries and $2.5B+ in annual transactions. We found no independent source for any of these numbers. Some category counts look bulk imported (the Software category alone shows 188,998 entries), and the about page still promises an Alexa ranking, a service Amazon shut down in 2022. The member profiles we read included local consumer firms, such as a California plumber, posted for SEO.

Who should submit to B2BCO?

Good fit:

  • B2B suppliers, manufacturers and wholesalers that want one more company profile and a place to post offers.
  • Export-minded small firms that answer RFQs on several marketplaces anyway.

Skip it:

  • Consumer apps and local B2C services. Buyers on a B2B trade board are the wrong audience.
  • Founders chasing backlinks. Website links on profiles pass through a redirect marked nofollow, checked on 30 October 2026.
  • Teams with an ad budget. Spend it where traffic is proven: Google Ads, LinkedIn or industry trade fairs.

How much does B2BCO cost?

  • Joining and creating a profile: free ("Join Free" on every page).
  • Advertising, according to the ads page: homepage banner from $5,000 a month, category page ads from $2,500 a month, sponsored search results from $3,500 a month and newsletter sponsorship from $4,000 an issue. The audience figures on that page (500K monthly users, 2M impressions) are self-reported and unverified.

How do you share your startup on B2BCO?

  1. Open the B2BCO registration page, enter your business name and phone number and solve the captcha.
  2. Confirm the link in the email B2BCO sends you. Its about page warns that registration fails without that click.
  3. Fill in the profile: description, address, website, categories, products and services, logo and photos. Empty fields show as "not complete" on your public page.
  4. Post an offer or reply to open RFQs if you want buyers to see you outside your profile.

Tips to get more out of B2BCO

  • Write the description for buyers: products, minimum order, countries you ship to, certifications.
  • Complete every field. Profiles full of "not complete" labels look abandoned.
  • Use the same company name, address and phone as on your website and LinkedIn page.
  • Check RFQs once a week for a month. If none fit, stop logging in.
  • Ignore the paid banners until B2BCO can show audited traffic.

Our verdict

B2BCO works, a new member profile went up on the day we checked, and the free profile takes five minutes. The link is nofollow, the traffic claims are unproven and the profile mix leans towards SEO filler, so a B2B supplier should expect a small extra listing and nothing more.
