How to list your startup on Cybo
TL;DR
Cybo is a free global business directory that says it holds hundreds of millions of businesses in 240 countries and 50 languages. Adding or claiming a listing costs nothing and needs only a free account. It suits startups with a real address and phone number that want one more consistent citation, and it gives no backlink: on the listing we checked, the website shows as plain text.
What is Cybo?
Cybo.com is a worldwide yellow pages. It sorts businesses by country, city and category, and adds postal codes and area codes for every place it covers. Each listing page shows the address, phone, email, website, opening hours, star rating and reviews, plus Cybo's own estimates of annual revenue, employee count and wage bill, clearly labelled as estimates. The site is live in October 2026: the homepage invites owners to "Manage Your Free Listing" and the add-business form works.
The domain authority of 53 belongs to cybo.com. Your gain is a citation: one more page that repeats your company name, address, phone number and website. Cybo publishes no visitor numbers.
Who should submit to Cybo?
- Local businesses with an address and phone: shops, studios, clinics and agencies building citations next to Google Business Profile.
- Startups outside the US and UK: Cybo runs in 50 languages and covers markets where the big English-language directories are thin.
- Founders who find an old Cybo page for their company with wrong details: claim it and fix it.
- Skip it if you want a backlink. On the listing we checked, the website appears as text with no HTML link, so it passes no link equity.
- Skip it if you run an online-only product with no location: Cybo files everything under a city and a category.
How much does Cybo cost?
Cybo is free. The help center states that creating an account carries no charge, and the homepage calls the listing a free listing. We found no paid plans, upgrades or ad packages on the site in October 2026.
How do you share your startup on Cybo?
- Search Cybo for your company name and city first. If a listing exists, open it and click the check mark icon under the business details to claim it. If someone else already claimed it, email support@cybo.com, as the help center instructs.
- If there is no listing, open the Add a Business form.
- Complete step 1 of the three-step form: business name and country are required, and you can add region, address, phone number, email and web address.
- Finish the remaining steps, sign in or create a free Cybo account, and accept the terms and conditions, which come last before you submit.
- Return to the listing and use Add Photos and Edit Hours to complete it.
Tips to get more out of Cybo
- Copy your name, address and phone number exactly from your Google Business Profile. Citations count only when the details match everywhere.
- Pick the category a customer searches for, such as "Bookkeeping service" or "Yoga studio". Cybo builds city pages per category, so the category decides which list shows your business.
- Read the revenue and staff estimates on your page before a customer or investor does. They are machine estimates.
- Ask happy customers for a review. Listings show star ratings and review counts up front: the London taxi firm we checked shows 4.7 stars from 90 reviews.
Our verdict
Cybo takes ten minutes, costs nothing and adds a citation in a directory that covers 240 countries, so it belongs on the checklist of any startup with a physical address. It sends no link value and few direct leads, so claim the page once and move on. Online-only startups can skip it.
